Hi, I’m Palu — an online fitness coach

My passion for fitness began back in school, when a trainer showed me how enjoyable and empowering a workout could be. Since then, I’ve made it my mission to create that same experience for others  making fitness simple, sustainable, and tailored to your life.

I’m patient, straightforward, and focused on progress that lasts. And when I’m not coaching, you’ll find me practicing salsa, learning Spanish, or enjoying a good whisky.
